Fuel Injection & Control Systems

QSP Marine is an independent service provider offering maintenance, testing, and technical evaluation services for marine diesel engine fuel injection and control systems.
Activities are performed based on injection behaviour, pressure stability, and overall system performance, rather than component replacement alone.
Our services are delivered based on field and workshop experience gained on two-stroke and four-stroke marine diesel engines, including RT-Flex type electronically controlled engines.
In addition to fuel pumps and injectors, ICU, PCV, and related electronic–hydraulic control components are technically evaluated with respect to system behaviour and functional stability.
All technical evaluations are considered in conjunction with OEM documentation to support informed maintenance and overhaul decision-making.
