Workshop

QSP Marine’s workshop is dedicated to the maintenance and technical evaluation of marine fuel injection and control system components.
Workshop activities are carried out under controlled conditions and reviewed together with onboard findings to support technically justified maintenance decisions.

Workshop Capabilities

• Functional and leakage evaluation of fuel pumps, injectors, and control components

• Verification of fuel and servo pressure behaviour and response

• Technical assessment of electronically controlled injection components, including ICU and PCV

• Mechanical lubricator and cylinder lubrication system components (including Alfa Lubricator) – condition evaluation and functional checks

• FIVA units and related control elements – inspection and technical evaluation

• Correlation of onboard observations with workshop findings to support informed decision-making

QSP Marine applies a transparent and technically traceable approach in all workshop activities.
Where the client or an authorised representative visits the workshop, ongoing inspection and evaluation activities may be observed directly.
